At the end of this summer I received an email from Karolina Jez, instagramer and photographer of Nine Blonde. After several conversations, she decided that we should paint the bridal and the bridesmaids hand fans, using the same design, and with each name hand painted in the fabric.
The decoration of the fans had to be with floral motifs reminiscent of Seville, so I thought painted oranges would be very representative of this beautiful Spanish city: I included white lilies and orange blossoms. All these vegetal elements flooded with contrast the decoration of our fans and of Villa Luisa, where the wedding that the girls of Love a Tope organized for Karolina and Sorab.
For me it was a great surprise to discover her wedding dress inspired by Sex in New York, I personally fell in love, I am a crazy fan of the mythical series, and I felt super honored that Karolina had one of my fans.
The fans of Karolina will always be a reminder of that fantastic day, the oranges, and the flowers of our illustration will remind to her wedding, which was surrounded by flowers, oranges ….
